CANCELATION POLICY
Our spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's policies. We are no longer affiliated with Skin Catering, therefore we DO NOT honor Skin Catering gift cards.
Please fill out online forms prior to coming in for your appointment. Printed out forms are available but we kindly ask that you show up at least 15 minutes early to complete them. If you are late to your appointment your time with us may be shortened.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. We appreciate your understanding.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require prepayment to guarantee a reservation, this is non-refundable, so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking.
COVID POLICY
Thank you to all of those who have put their trust in our (very-sanitized) hands during your self-care services through this pandemic. With that being said:
We want to assure you we have strict daily protocols for cleaning and sanitizing our spa as part of our regular operation. We are continuing to use our additional precautions and feel confident in providing you a clean, well-maintained spa.
We have allowed our staff to have the option to wear their mask or not. If you would like to request a mask be worn during your service please feel free to ask.
At D. Hotel Spa we believe in our clients having the right to stay at their own comfort level and pace, please feel free to come in masked or unmasked.
We will continue to ask our guests to sanitize their hands upon arrival.
GIFT CARD POLICY
A valid card must be presented at the time of service for proper credit.
Spa Gift Cards are final sale.
Gift cards cannot be used to reserve an appointment.
All appointments that require reservation must be reserved with a valid credit card.
Gift cards are the responsibility of the purchaser or receiver.
Spa will not issue credit for a lost or stolen card.
Promotional Gift Certificates
Must be redeemed in full.
Cannot be used for gratuities, discounted services or retail.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
RETAIL POLICY
Retail items purchased are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
IMPROPER CONDUCT
We have ZERO tolerance for improper conduct no matter how subtle. If any guest improperly touches a therapist, makes sexual or suggestive remarks, intentionally exposes themselves in an improper manner or displays any other type of sexual or improper behavior:
The treatment will be immediately stopped
The guest will be responsible to make full payment
The guest will not be allowed back on the premises
Other action will be taken as needed
CHILDREN
Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign for them before receiving services. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the treatment room the entire length of the service.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and cannot be left unattended in the spa.
